New graduate rotation program

Since 2009, we hire selected new graduates in one or more fields as determined annually by our Executive Staff. These rotation employees will take part in a one-year program aimed at providing them with a broad knowledge of Tri-State as an organization and the utility industry in general, which will involve working in virtually all major areas of the company. The ultimate goal of the program is to provide leadership development opportunities. Disciplines considered for the rotation program have included:

  • Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Human Resources
  • Finance and Accounting
